Tabitha Cuevas, PMP

Tabitha Cuevas serves the Army Residence Community as the Director of Building Development. She joined the ARC in February 2019 as the Building Development Manager and has since played a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s Campus Development Plan, including the successful execution of community-wide renovation initiatives. She also oversees the Design Studio, where she has led the implementation of innovative solutions, including a virtual design experience that enhances resident engagement and decision-making.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Tabitha brings a strategic and results-driven approach to capital projects, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders. She is known for her ability to align cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, and deliver high-impact results that elevate both operational efficiency and the resident experience. As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), she incorporates forward-thinking design strategies that support safety, accessibility, and long-term independence.

Her previous work includes coordinating major capital initiatives for Morningside Ministries in Boerne and San Antonio, Texas, totaling more than $45 million. In addition to her project management expertise, Tabitha has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement and leadership development. She served as a member of the City of Boerne’s Historic Landmark Commission, appointed by Mayor Schultz, from 2016 to 2019, and is a graduate of both the Boerne and LeadingAge Leadership programs. Through her collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, Tabitha continues to drive initiatives that support the ARC’s long-term vision and enhance the quality of life for its residents.
