Elizabeth Connally

Elizabeth “Beth” Connally is the founder and managing shareholder of Connally Law, where she counsels clients in construction law, government contracts, procurement, regulatory compliance, Small Business Administration programs, business formations, employment matters, and related litigation. She brings more than 20 years of experience serving clients across the United States and internationally, including time living and working in Japan and later Germany. Her background also includes providing legal counsel to businesses acting as prime and subcontractors on government and private‑sector construction projects, as well as serving as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in commercial construction and contract matters. Before establishing Connally Law in 2015, she practiced at Gardner Law in San Antonio and Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing in Honolulu, and earlier served as lead contract negotiator in the Governor of Hawaii’s office.
