Cindy Schimank

Director of Information Systems

Cynthia “Cindy” Schimank joined the Army Residence Community in June 2019 as the Director of Information Services and Technology (IST). In addition to the IST Director duties, she has spearheaded multiple campus wide projects. Most recently, she assumed the responsibilities of Operations Project Manager for the Facilities Development Project, managing overall project logistics and communication.

During her project management career, Cindy worked in multiple industries, including the Texas oilfield, publishing, association management, ministry, senior living, and healthcare. Along the way, she assisted with project coordination for church renovations; $500K to $1M custom homes; an Austin corporate highrise buildout and occupation; and T Boone Pickens Hospice Inpatient Center in Dallas.

Cindy has a Bachelor of Business Management from Concordia University at Austin and she holds a Project Management Professional certification.
