Carroll Schubert

Carroll Schubert retired as President & CEO of Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI) in 2021, a company he co-founded in 1996 and served on the Board since its inception. With over 30 years of legal and public service experience, Mr. Schubert became PCSI’s Executive Vice-President and General Counsel in 2006, later elected as President & CEO in 2011. Previously, he held roles including San Antonio City Council Member (2001-2005), Chief Deputy District Attorney for Bexar County (1983-1986), Director of Government Affairs and Community Relations at Valero Energy Corporation (1979-1982), and Executive Assistant to U.S. Senator Lloyd Bentsen (1975-1978). Mr. Schubert also maintained a private law practice from 1987 to 2006.

Active in numerous civic and nonprofit organizations, he currently serves on the boards of the Texas Wildlife Association, the Youth Center of Texas, Haven for Hope Leadership Advisory Council, and the Special Reach Advisory Board. Mr. Schubert holds degrees from Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Bar of the District of Columbia. Carroll and his wife Patty are the parents of three adult children and grandparents to August and Sam.
