James DeBorja, CFM, has served as the Director of Facilities at the Army Residence Community (ARC) since January 2018. A retired combat veteran, he brings 24 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, with expertise in both the Aviation and Armor branches.
James holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and possesses accredited Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications.
In his role at ARC, James oversees all aspects of physical plant operations, including managing buildings and grounds, utilities, energy systems, life safety, and emergency preparedness. He is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and healthy environment for residents and staff. Through his strategic leadership, organizational objectives are consistently achieved, services are delivered with excellence, safety protocols are strictly enforced, and resources are effectively managed to ensure optimal operational performance.
