Tabitha Cuevas serves the Army Residence Community as the Director of Building Development. She joined the ARC in February 2019 as the Building Development Manager. She has been instrumental in managing the ARC’s newest community-wide internal renovations program through our Campus Development Plan.
She came to us with over eight years of senior living experience in Plant Operations. Tabitha has coordinated several expansion projects for a not-for-profit community, Morningside Ministries in Boerne ($45MM), and San Antonio, Texas.
Tabitha served as a City of Boerne’s Historic Landmark Commission member, appointed by Mayor Schultz, from 2016 to 2019. She holds her Certified Life Safety Specialist for Health Care Facilities (CLSS-HC) and is working towards her Project Management Professional certification. Tabitha is also a graduate of the Boerne and Leading Age Leadership Classes.
