John Tate is Senior Counsel with Clark Hill Attorneys at Law. He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the American Board of Certification. He is a US Army Veteran having served in the Berlin Brigade (1964-1967) and in Vietnam (1968-1969). He is a 1964 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and 1972 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. He participates in the monthly San Antonio Bar Association Veterans Clinic at Audie Murphy Hospital to assist veterans with a myriad of legal issues. He was a member of the Board of Directors that raised the funds and constructed the San Antonio Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
