Lori Weatherly

Lori Weatherly joined the Army Residence Community in 2014 and currently serves as Director of Resident Services, following more than 11 years of dedicated service within the department. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Resident Services, where she played a key role in departmental leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning. The Resident Services department includes front desk reception, transportation, security, beauty salon, social services, activities, and wellness. Lori brings extensive experience in senior living operations, resident engagement, and continuum-of-care support. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to enriching the lives of residents and supporting families throughout their senior living journey.
