Robert H. Martinez is an experienced Nursing Home Administrator with over 13 years of leadership in long-term care operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-focused services.  He has a proven track record of improving quality outcomes, strengthening team performance, and creating safe, compassionate environments for residents and staff.

Robert is a graduate of Texas State University and is married with three children, who are his greatest source of motivation and pride. Robert enjoys vacationing with his family, going to concerts, and watching live sporting events, and is a huge San Antonio Spurs fan.
