Debbie Hargett is the Chief Operations Officer. As COO, she oversees Resident Services, Dining Services, Healthcare, and Housekeeping. Debbie has been with the Army Residence Community since January 2008. Her previous experience includes managing a home health agency and working in the oil and gas, healthcare, and retail industries. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Pre-Med from Rice University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Health Cell in San Antonio and Greater Randolph Area Services Program (GRASP), and is a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP). She is also a current copy editor for 20 academic journals and subject-specific books related to academia.
