He has a strong background in leading teams, elevating service standards, and driving operational excellence. He has successfully served in leadership roles in San Antonio and at the Horseshoe Bay Resort and has completed taskforce assignments in multiple cities across the United States.
Corey has a proven track record of improving cleanliness service scores, achieving AAA approval, excelling in Forbes Travel Guide inspections, and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture. He is deeply committed to service quality, team development, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Outside of work, Corey is married and a proud parent to two amazing girls and two wonderful stepchildren. He and his wife enjoy attending New York Yankees games and cheering on the San Antonio Missions together.
