COL (Ret) Sally Macon

Colonel (Ret) Sally Macon retired from the US Air Force after 25 years as a Civil Engineer officer, where she served as a squadron commander and division chief at two Major Commands. She recently retired after 15 years as Vice President for a major engineering services firm, overseeing delivery of multi-million dollar projects for US government clients in the US and overseas. She is an active member of Impact San Antonio, a women’s non-profit in San Antonio, serving on advisory committees for financial readiness of non-profit grant candidates, and serving as a grant reviewer. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.
