Anna Sweeden has served as the Army Residence Community Director of Development since October 2017. When she came to the ARC, she brought with her 30 years of experience in fund development for some well-known San Antonio nonprofits including the San Antonio Symphony, The Nature Conservancy, Daughters of Charity Services of San Antonio, and the American Red Cross. Collectively and collaboratively, she has helped secure almost $100M for capital campaigns. Anna currently serves on the Planned Giving Council of San Antonio Board of Directors.
Anna views Development as a joint effort where the needs of our community are addressed in a thoughtful way by inviting internal and outside funding sources to engage in our mission.
