Guest rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for a maximum of one week per visit. Residents may reserve one room at a time. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the guest rooms. One pet may stay inside the host’s apartment with the host bearing responsibility for compliance with the ARC Pet Policy. Guest room fees may be charged to the host’s monthly maintenance statement or paid directly upon checkout. Breakfast vouchers are included in the cost of guest room lodging.
Guests may also stay in a host’s unit for a maximum of two weeks with the host present unless otherwise approved by the CEO. For exceptional cases, such as illness, hospitalization, or death of a host Resident, guests may receive approval from the CEO to stay beyond two weeks.
All guests may accompany Resident hosts to activities or dining venues, space permitting. Meals are purchased at the guest rate, charged to the Resident’s house account. The community dress code applies to guests visiting the dining facilities.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised when using ARC amenities. Running and playing are strictly prohibited in all common areas, hallways, and elevators. Resident safety must be always respected.
Guests must register at the Fitness Center and/or pool during regular business hours. Registration is a one-time requirement. A login for continued use will be assigned. Any change of information must be provided to the Fitness Coordinator. After hours and weekend guests must sign a waiver at the Front Desk.
