The High Rise Front Desk operates around the clock as the central hub for monitoring alarm systems, cameras, and dispatching emergency personnel. In times of emergency or disaster, the Front Desk is the Command Center for emergency responders. The Front Desk manages telephone traffic, screens visitors, reserves guest rooms, conducts wellness checks as needed, records absences from the community, and performs many other functions.
The Lakeside Front Desk, open during regular business hours Monday through Friday, acts as a satellite of the High Rise Front Desk. It conducts many of the same functions in addition to taking transportation requests, handling dry cleaning orders, and shredding community documents. Transportation Services operates out of the Lakeside Front Desk.
