The Fitness Program at the ARC utilizes the dedicated space of the Fitness Center, Heritage Exercise Studio, and pool to provide a variety of fitness workout options, levels, and modes.
The Fitness Coordinator conducts orientation tours to familiarize users with login procedures and equipment operation. Orientation must be completed before use of the Fitness Center.
The Fitness Coordinator develops classes and hosts events to measure and promote healthy and active aging. In addition, the Fitness Coordinator works with the in-house physical therapists to encourage and assist transition from therapy to continuing recovery.
