The HCC has a full-time Registered Dietitian who may assist all Residents with special diets to include low sodium, mechanical soft, or pureed. All Residents in HCC have a dietary consultation on admission and throughout the stay in HCC. The Registered Dietician is also available to consult with IL Residents on individual dietary concerns.
