Most ARC Residents have advance directives before moving on campus. The in- house Social Worker may assist Residents and family members with these forms, if necessary, upon admission to HCC or AL. Additionally, the Social Worker may assist Residents with an Out-of-Hospital Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order if needed. Texas has a specific form for this DNR.
