Maintenance will provide appropriate emergency services after normal business hours. If there is a maintenance emergency, call the Front Desk (210) 646-5300. The Front Desk staff will record the nature of the emergency and dispatch the on-call maintenance personnel accordingly. If the Resident is unsure whether it is an emergency, contact the Front Desk and the staff will contact the on-call personnel for clarification.
The following items are considered emergencies:
Overflowing, flooding, or leaking water:
Plumbing – restroom/kitchen
Refrigerator
Dishwasher
Garbage Disposal
Toilet
HVAC drains
Domestic water lines and fire sprinkler pipes
Equipment failures and power outages:
HVAC
Boilers
Chiller systems and Cooling towers
Isolated electrical outage (in your unit)
Mass power outage: CPS related
Low battery alarms – Smoke detectors/Carbon Monoxide
Maintenance on-call hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 5:00 pm – 7:00 am
Weekends: 24 hours
