Holiday Buffets
Special holiday buffets will be announced in advance of the holiday, to include New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Family members and Resident guests are welcome to attend. Guest buffet meals (plus taxes) are billed directly to the sponsoring house account. DD may not be used for guest meals.
Special Events/Wine Dinners
The ARC Culinary Team creates special themed events and dinners for Resident enjoyment. The events may include paired wine dinners and barbecues. Special events and dinners, to include guest meals, are charged separately from DD and billed to the Resident’s monthly statement.
Street/Floor Meetings and ARC Clubs
These meals are typically purchased from a set menu and vary in price. It is at the management’s discretion to decide if an event qualifies as an ARC club/block event or if billed as special catering.
Resident Council Events
The Resident Council hosts special events throughout the year in addition to monthly “Dinner and a Movie” nights. The cost is charged to the Resident’s monthly statement.
Note: Some optional holiday buffets and special events may be nonstandard and assessed an additional cost. Prices will be specified in advance.
