Residents may host private events at one of the versatile venues within the ARC, including the elegant 14th floor Grandview with stunning views of San Antonio, Heroes Hall at Lakeside Landing, the Valero Private Dining Room, or the Eagle Auditorium in the High Rise. Dining Services will assist Residents in creating lasting memories, with dedicated support every step of the way to ensure every event is a resounding success. All catering events are charged to the Resident’s House Account.
There are a few catering exceptions which are charged to Dining Dollars; Kiwanis Luncheon, Eagles Luncheon and the block/floor parties are allowed to be charged to the meal plans.
Block/floor parties are standard $20/person to meal plan. Any amount over the standard block party catering is charged to the statement.
Eagles and Kiwanis was set by CEO to $10.00 each to the meal plan.
Every other event unless authorized by the CFO/CEO prior to the event is to be charged to the Resident’s House Account.Â

Eagle Auditorium: This space is perfect for large catered events. Special amenities, such as a dance floor, stage, or podium are offered to complement any event.
Heroes Hall: Similar to the Eagle Auditorium, this space can accommodate large catered events.
Grandview: This venue is available for a variety of events from a formal dinner to a casual cocktail party.
Valero Private Dining Room: This location is used for hosting smaller, more intimate events.
