Each residence is equipped with emergency call cords on the bathroom and bedroom walls. When a cord is pulled, a signal is activated at the Front Desk. Front Desk personnel will respond to the signal by telephone. If there is no response from the Resident, Security will immediately be dispatched to the Resident’s unit.
