New Residents should call a Spectrum Representative at 1 (833) 697-7328 to establish an account. When calling, make sure you specify to the Spectrum Representative that your address is part of the “Army Residence Community Bulk Account.” If a Resident wishes to upgrade services by adding a DVR, Sports package, On Demand, Premium channels, faster internet, etc., the Resident may do so and Spectrum will bill the Resident directly for these additional services. Spectrum does not provide email accounts. It is the responsibility of the Resident to set up a personal email account(s) via a 3rd party provider such as AOL, Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
