Water’s Edge Restaurant
Water’s Edge is open Tuesday–Saturday. Daily reservation times are available are 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:00 pm. Reservations may be made by calling (210) 646-3317 at least 24 hours in advance. The reservation period starts 7 days in advance. Standing reservations (e.g., “every Wednesday at 5:30 pm”) are not allowed to afford all Residents an equal opportunity to dine at Water’s Edge. Water’s Edge serving hours and days of operation are subject to change.
Sunday Meal Service: Breakfast is offered at Water’s Edge Restaurant from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Brunch is offered at Water’s Edge Restaurant from 10:00 am to 2 pm. Reservations are required.
BYOB/Adult Beverages
Adult beverages are available in Water’s Edge Restaurant and the Bluebonnet Dining room. Adult beverages are also available in other areas on campus through Catering Services. Certain specific areas on campus are designated to be BYOB only. Please contact Catering Services for more information on these topics.
To-Go Availability
The Liberty Market and the Bistro are the two venues on campus that provide meals “To go”. This service in available during their normal business hours.

Meal Delivery Meal Delivery is available from the Liberty Market. Please contact the Liberty Market at 646-2817 for more information. The delivery charge is $1.50 to the resident’s House Account.
