Under the current Internal Revenue Service ruling, Residents are eligible to deduct that portion of Entrance Fee and Monthly Maintenance Fees used to support the Health Care Center as a medical deduction when computing income tax. Each Resident will receive a letter annually between January and the April filing deadline.
