Amazon, FedEx, and United Parcel Service (UPS) make deliveries to all residences. The Front Desk accepts parcels requiring a signature when a Resident is not home. When the Front Desk accepts a parcel, the Resident will be contacted for delivery notification. All outgoing packages and returns should be scheduled for pickup by the Resident.
