The RS department tracks vehicles onboard the community. Vehicle Update Sheets are sent out annually for all Residents to validate their vehicle information. Residents are encouraged to keep this information current and report any changes throughout the year. Decals for resident’s personal vehicles are issued by the Front Desk Manager.
- Vehicles having regular access to the community must be registered with the Front Desk.
- The speed limit within the community is 15 miles per hour.
- Pedestrian traffic has the right of way.
- Vehicles may not be driven or parked on sidewalks, paver walkways, or grassy areas.
