Residents may own and operate personal motorized carts within the community. Those who want to operate a motorized cart in the community must complete a safety test and obtain approval from the physical therapist in the HCC. Contact the physical therapist to obtain an appointment for this process. The Resident must register the cart with the Director of Resident Services and abide by the Motorized Cart Policy located on the Resident Portal, in the Administrative Office, Library, or RS office.
