- Offers a variety of home amenities (e.g., open concept kitchen);
- Meets with future Residents to identify any changes, additions, or augmentations;
- Coordinates with vendors on the completion of work on design elements with a quality assurance process;
- Coordinates and assists current Residents to obtain approval of changes which may include upgrades; and
- Refreshes paint, flooring, and appliances through the voluntary refurbishment program based on resident tenancy durations.
