Comment Cards are available in each dining venue. Observations regarding dining services should be explained in as much detail as possible.
Completed cards may be placed in the respective venue boxes located at the host stand, given to the server, or dropped off in the Dining Services office. The completed cards are reviewed by management on a timely basis and addressed when necessary.
