Program Discounts

We’re excited to announce program discounts that offers choice, flexibility, and support for prospective residents, tailored to individual needs and desires. Upon signing your Resident Contract to join the Army Residence Community (ARC), you will be presented with two exceptional options, allowing you to choose your preferred path to savings and support.

Option 1: Life Plan Discounts

Enjoy exclusive lifetime discounts on our full continuum of care services, ensuring cost savings while securing access to quality healthcare and support you may need in the future.

  • 10% Off Assisted Living
  • 15% Off Memory Care
  • 20% Off Skilled Nursing

Option 2: Lifesteps Program Discounts

Enjoy financial flexibility for aging in place in a more versatile approach, empowering independence through access to essential services. The discount offers: $50,000 for a single resident and $75,000 for a couple.

  • Home Augmentation and Modifications
  • Healthcare Discount (Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Care)

How does the Lifesteps Program work?

  1. Eligibility for the Lifesteps Program Discount will be a collaborative decision involving the resident, the Care Team, and the organization.
  2. The discount will appear directly as a credit on the resident’s monthly statement. No invoices or receipts are needed to receive this credit.
  3. The discount will be capped at $1,000 or $2,000 per month in 6-month increments.
  4. Residents have the flexibility to initiate services and, upon improvement, may discontinue them. Any services or associated charges not covered by the program’s offerings will be the resident’s responsibility.
  5. Once the discount is fully utilized, all fees will revert to market rates.
  6. Program eligibility begins one year following the contract execution date.
