ARC is a nonprofit life plan continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in beautiful San Antonio, Texas which welcomes all officers, retired or honorably discharged from all branches of service, warrant officers, as well as senior-level GS 14 and above federal employees, who are at least 62 years old, to include spouses and surviving spouses.
