Marketing Administrative Assistant

Marketing: Army Residence Community is currently accepting applications for a Full-time Marketing Assistant:

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for providing administrative support for the daily operations of the Marketing department. These duties involve a wide range of functions designed to promote our organization and increase Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·        * High School diploma

·        *  Professional image and attitude, must have exceptional customer service skills.

·        *  College coursework in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline required.

·         * 3 to 5 years of Business administration experience required.

·         * BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline preferred.  

·         * Must have strong technical skills with MS Office Suite; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and

             PowerPoint.

·         * Experience with MatrixCare is a plus.
