Arthur Rojas Emerson serves as the President and CEO of the Alamo Public Telecommunications Council dba KLRN-TB. Previously he was Chairman and CEO of The Emerson Agency, a 15-year-old full-service, bilingual marketing and public relations agency with offices in San Antonio, Austin, Washington D.C., and the Rio Grande Valley.

Rojas Emerson's television background is extensive, having served 11 years as Vice President of Texas Telemundo owned-and-operated stations. He also worked with KENS-TV, the CBS affiliate, for 25 years and held various management assignments in production, programming, and sales.
